-Fully lined in soft pink cotton
-Dainty vintage lace on each side of the chest
-Three layered skirt, bouncy and fun
-Diamond shaped opening on back, with a tie at the neck
-back waist is fully smocked for an easy fit

-sizes 12m-4 comes with bloomer shorts. sizes 5-16 just the dress (dress length and not a circle skirt)
